TERM & CONDITIONS

All our customers have a bond money-back guarantee on our bond cleaning services, if there are any issues with the quality of our work please advise us asap within 3 days of our cleaning. We will return to touch up any areas once our customer has paid in full for our bond cleaning services there are unlimited visits after the initial clean up to 5 working days. For touch-ups please call DTS Bond Cleaning Services Directly on 1300 920 519 and email your list or exit condition report. We will, however, need sufficient time 3 days maximum, for our staff availability. Our Guarantee is for bond cleaning only we will not be responsible for worn, damaged or permanently stained carpets. Any other services provided by us not related to the Rental Tenancy Authority bond cleaning standards is not included with our guarantee we will however always provide high-quality standards of work. Please read our Terms & Conditions prior to accepting your quote and making a booking.
Payment Terms… Full payment of all services will be required on or before the commencement of works, failure to pay may avoid our cleaners to commence or continue works. Once the booking fee has been paid and the quote has been accepted in reply to this email you have accepted our terms and conditions.
Invoice Terms: Residential Customers/Tenants/Owners (Full Payment Must Be Made Upon Arrival of Our Cleaners at Commencement of Works). There will be a 0.3% interest charge daily on late invoices.
Failure to pay may avoid our cleaners to commence or continue works. Once the booking fee has been paid and the quote has been accepted in reply to this email you have accepted our terms and conditions.
Payment Deposit…
There will be a $49.00 deposit which will be deducted from your total invoice once you settle your payment for the service. Please kindly take note that your deposit will not be refunded should there be a job “cancellation”. This is for DTS to confirm your reservation and to avoid unexpected cancellation to ensure both you the customer and our workers that the job will commence according to the agreed date of service. Credit Card/Debit Card Fees...
Please note: There is a 1.9% Credit/Debit Card Surcharge… added on top of all quoted prices to avoid this fee please make a Direct Bank Transfer to details provided on your PDF invoice. Payment of invoices is due on or before the arrival of our cleaners to commence works as agreed when accepting your quote and terms and conditions via this email. After making a bank transfer please forward remittance or a screenshot to our email.
Service & Quality…
If there are any issues with the quality of our work please notify DTS within 3 days after we have completed your clean and your real estate agency, landlord or onsite manager has performed their exit condition report. We will return to touch up any areas once our customer has paid in full for our end of lease cleaning services. You have Unlimited Return Touch up Visits within the 5 working day period; Provided that DTS is notified via email within (5 working days of the initial service).
What DTS Guarantees…
DTS cannot guarantee your bond money back, we clean to RTA Standards which is the RTA entry condition report you have signed when moving into your rental property there are other sections for RTA that are not related to cleaning that will need to be passed by your agency relating to damage, wear & tear, rent, and external property, therefore, we clean to your RTA Entry condition report please provide one if you can. Ceilings for any property are not included in any of our bond cleans unless specifically agreed.
Unlimited Returns…
DTS will return to rectify any cleaning issues which are under our agreement and quotes with our clients within 5 days of the initial cleaning and as long as our client’s real estate or landlord allows DTS access to the property.
Voiding Our Guarantee & Refunds…
In the event your agency or landlord is unhappy with the initial clean, DTS we will honour our unlimited return visits to rectify, however, due to cleaner availability we require all of our clients to email us with either an exit condition report, detailing the items that need to be rectified or a list. Images are not required but will be helpful (Our guarantee will be void) should your agency choose to use a third party cleaning company without allowing further visits for DTS to rectify cleaning issues. DTS is not the company determining the end result and exit condition approval, therefore, DTS may require more than 2 visits in order to meet particular agent standards as we have found they all have inconsistent standards this usually will be on a case by case basis. DTS will provide a full refund if we are unable to attend the site to commence works within 3 hours on booking dates
Touch-ups…
Under our guarantee please call DTS Bond Cleaning Services Directly on P: 1300 920 519 and email your list to info@dtsbondcleaningservices.com.au we will, however, need sufficient time 3 days maximum, for our staff availability. Our Guarantee limit is 5 working days maximum.
Property Damage - Wear & Tear…
Although we take the utmost care whilst performing all cleaning services DTS will not be responsible for worn, damaged or permanently stained parts of any internal or external of property and or any damages during the cleaning process. As items can be aged, brittle, cracked or damaged prior to arrival. If you have concerns about items that may be compromised please advise us via email prior to services commencing.
Carpet Cleaning…
DTS will not be responsible for stained, damaged or bad smells that we cannot remove as may be within the underlay of carpet or worn carpets, we will do our best to remove all stains and attempt to bring to as new as possible.
DTS Guarantee on non-RTA Standard Cleaning …
Services which are not provided by DTS and that is not related to the (Rental Tenancy Authority Queensland) bond cleaning standards is not included with our guarantee we will however always provide high-quality standards of work. Thank you! For choosing DTS Bond Cleaning Services!
